I took Phentermine for a little over 6 months and lost over 120 pounds. I watched what I ate and exercised regularly. It really helped to curb my appetite and gave me the energy that I thought was lost for ever. I highly reccomend this for anyone who has a hard time losing weight and wants to get their LIFE back!!! I was taking meds for high blood pressure for over 10 years. And I no longer have to take them anymore.My blood pressure is GREAT now that the weight has come off!!
